Refund / Cancellation Policy
Prior to the event – Full refund
Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 7 days prior to the event.
After the event registration deadline – Partial refund
Cancellations received less than 7 days before an event will incur a 30% administration fee (including GST).
The day before, the day of, or after an event – No refund
Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellations must be made in writing to

Skilful Thinking reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event, for any circumstances beyond the Skilful Thinking's reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself.
Skilful Thinking's maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the workshop registration fee. Skilful Thinking accepts no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other additional costs incurred.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Digital products purchased through Skilful Thinking, are delivered to you automatically at time of purchase. Typically an email with a download link will arrive in your inbox within five minutes. The email will include a link to download the digital purchase that you can access for a period of 30 days.
