These 6 core elements are representative of a Mindfulness-based therapy called Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
I've developed a signature methodology to help entrepreneurs, leaders and individuals experiencing self-doubt, struggle and self-sabotage, transform their lives so they can have more clarity, motivation and purpose in their selected field of expertise.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT
If sports is your thing, then resilience in training and racing can give you the edge on your competitors. Mindfulness can be utilised to enhance your performance, from dietary intake, committing to training programs, being fully present in your training session, and working through nervousness and anxiety before races.
We offer 1:1 sessions that identify the athletes vulnerabilities and work to strengthen them physically and mentally. This is part of a 12 week program that promotes psychological flexibility, mental resilience in training and racing for their chosen sport.
We offer 2 hour, 1/2 day and full day Mindfulness workshops that introduce mindfulness and its applications in creating balance in life. The workshops are capped at 15 people to give a more intimate experience. We also introduce elements of Neuroscience, Neurolinguistic programming as focus points of mindfulness. These workshops can be tailored to you organisations specific needs.
