The aim of the Seminar is for attendees to gain a greater understanding of how Mindfulness & Psychological Flexibility can reduce Stress & Anxiety in the participants personal and professional life.

Presented by Maurice Harvey-Hall

 

Maurice Harvey-Hall is a Mindset Expert and practicing Mental Health Nurse with a Masters in Mental Health Nursing, certificates in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and various psychotherapies. Maurice has studied Eastern philosophy in particular Buddhism & Taoism and has integrated these principles into western psychological therapies. He has a passion for mindfulness based therapies and is an experienced teacher in this field and promotes the elements of ACT whilst working with people in coaching and counselling sessions.
